Wa Shin Do QI

Our Spirit is our guiding light, our driving force.

Self-care. Together. Alone.

A safe, structured and warm-hearted group can be transformational.

When we meet and connect, our spirits can be ignited.

Our bodies may get tingly, pins and needles, a wave of heat or cold, a surge of goosebumps, watery eyes, the crack of a smile. Be it in response to a sound, a voice, a word, a message, someone’s gaze…

We are touched. Through others.

Maybe we can start to let go. Relax.

We no longer feel detached from the others.

We are together. Alone.

And we can start building. Tapping into what makes our minds tick, our hearts fill up with joy, discovering what being ‘in our element’ really means.

Our spirit livens up: our mind is clearer. Our body is no longer strained and our heart can slow down.

We can take better care of ourselves and make better choices. For ourselves and for our loved ones.

In a warm and luminous space, you will learn how to better take care of yourself and learn how to tune into your body, regulate and recharge.

By learning new mind-body practices, you will slowly connect to what feels good and allow yourself to stop going into striving mode. You will develop a healthy daily ritual where through self-care of the mind, your emotions and body, you will be more spirited.

Process

Opening of each session is a soothing exercise to help us to land and be more anchored.

Heart of the circle of life session:

- stretching and self-massage depending on needs and time of the year.

- time to reflect and be creative - solo or in pairs on a particular theme. Again, depending on the needs and the time of year.

Closing of the session with a relaxation practice.
